1. Services

AutoService Detailing provides mobile car detailing services in Noord-Holland, Zuid-Holland, and Utrecht. Services may include exterior washing, interior cleaning, paint protection, engine bay cleaning, ceramic coating, and full detail packages.

2. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when the customer provides contact details, vehicle details, preferred date, preferred time, and service location. We may contact you to confirm details or reschedule if needed.

3. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must provide safe and legal access to the vehicle. For some services, access to water, electricity, or suitable parking may be required. Please tell us before the appointment if this is not available.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices depend on the selected service and vehicle type. Extra charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, oversized vehicles, or unusual working conditions. Any extra charges should be confirmed before work begins.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Weather or unsafe working conditions may require us to move the appointment to another time.

6. Results and Limitations

We aim to deliver professional detailing results, but some stains, scratches, odors, or paint defects may not be fully removable. We will explain limitations where relevant.

7. Liability

We take care while working on your vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose parts, personal items left inside the vehicle, or issues caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.
